Annmarie Tull, our Founder and Executive Coach, brings more than two decades of senior leadership experience in the technology industry — building teams, navigating turnarounds, and leading through the high-stakes decisions that define careers and organizations. Her work is grounded in the Goals → Grit → Growth framework: the clarity of purpose, the perseverance to stay the course, and the commitment to keep growing.
Stephen Sifers, our Founder and Leadership Coach, bridges complex technical strategy and high-performance human leadership. With a career directing Business Intelligence and Network Operations in high-growth technology environments, he applies systems thinking to help leaders scale effectively, cultivate autonomy, and maintain operational excellence.
